How to buy

 

  1. Register as member.

                 Fill up true personal detail:-

    1. Username (Must be Email as ID)
    2. Password
    3. Re-enter password
    4. Full name
    5. Address
    6. State
    7. Contact No
    8. Remarks (if any)

            Please fill in the details correctly as shipment will follow the data here.   

      2.   Log in as member.

  1. View product page > select the product you want >click “order” >tick on either by air or by sea >click on “Add To Carts” button  > click on “Shopping for more items” to continue your purchase.
  2. Please take note that customer can combine by air or by sea in one order. Eg. cloth choose air , bag can choose sea. The delivery fee and delivery time will be difference. Please refer to shipping and delivery.
  3. Member can increase the quantity per design or delete the selected item in the Shopping cart follow by click on “update” button.
  4. Once all the items you are confirmed to purchase, click “Checkout” button for submit.
  5. Double check your Name, Address to delivery & Contact No. is correct.
  6. Finally press “Confirm & Send Order”.
  7. After customer submits the order 1 copy of the order (with order no.) will send to the email address that registered as username in our website. We will check on the stock status (some items may be no more stock) and reply to customer email.

10. Customer only make the payment after get our confirmation email.

11. We got Maybank, CIMB，PBB and RHB (Details please refer to payment method)

      12. For customer in Sabah,Sarawak and overseas the postage is not RM 7. We will                                            calculate and email you the correct postage need to pay. Details can refer to shipping and delivery

-By air : Items send within 15 days after preorder closed.

-By sea : Items send within 37 days after preorder closed.

 

购物流程

 

  1. 请先免费注册成为会员

       填上个人真实资料:-

a)      会员名 (一定要是Email)

b)      设置密码

c)      确认密码

d)     姓 名

e)      地 址

f)       联系电话

            请填写正确的资料因为这就是发货的资料

  1. 登录会员
  2. 当您已经找到你所要购买的商品时, 按定购然后选择空运或海运,然后把它加入 " 购物车 ".然后点击继续购物.
  3. 会员可在同一个定单上选择空运或海运.比如: 衣是空运, 包包是海运.运费和时间会不用.请查看运输费.
  4. 会员可更改商品的数量或删除购物车里的商品.（按update）
  5. 所有您所要购买的商品全都列入购物车后, 就点击 " Checkout" .
  6. 请检查您的名字,地址和联系电话最后请点 “Confirm & Send Order ”
  7. 提交定单（有定单号）后1份会电邮到您在我们网上注册的Email。收到您的定单后我们会检查货的状况（有的可能没货），然后回复您(Email)。
  8. 客户收到我们的回复后才汇款。
  9. 我们有Maybank，CIMB，PBB和 RHB （请看Payment method）
  10. 东马会员和海外会员运费不是RM7，我们会发讯息 (Email) 给您确认应付的运费金额
  11. 请在预购期间付款及付款后通知我们.

- 空运: 商品会在预购后15天内送出

- 海运: 商品会在预购后37天内送出
