Please read the below terms and condition for preorder before buy
1. All the products (except ready stock) are preorder (normally will open for 10 days). Customer need to order and make full payment within the preorder period. Order need to place latest before 6pm on the last day of preorder and full payment need to be make latest by 9pm on same day.
Eg. Preorder open from 1 March -10 March order need to be make latest by 6pm on 10 March and payment need to be make latest by 9pm.Customer who make order on 1-9 March also need to pay before 9pm March.
We encourage customer make payment within 3 days after order make so that we can arrange earlier and reserve the stock from vendor. If payment received after 9pm-order will postpone to next preorder. Please take note that interbank transfer Eg.from PBB to Maybank may takes more than a day. If from Maybank to Maybank can receive on same day.
2. Customer can choose the shipment by air or by sea.
By air – the price will be higher but can receive faster. We will send out the items within 15 days after preorder closed. Eg. Preorder open from 1 March -10 March, items will send out before 25 March.
By sea– the price will be cheaper but waiting time is longer. We will send out the items within 37 days after preorder closed. Eg. Preorder open from 1 March -10 March, items will send out before 17 April.
Please only place order if you are willing to wait.
There may be possibility of shipment delay due to custom or vendor issue.
3. Product Picture - All the product pictures and measurement found on our website is provide by vendor and only for members reference and should not use as a standard to justify the real item that shipped to customer. The color maybe slightly difference from the picture. This is due to the picture may display in a different result in a different computer's hardware We will not responsible any material problem, material too thin, color not as the picture, size too small, size too big, wearing uncomfortable, some small stain and etc problem.
4. We accept stock refund under below condition:
- The items we sent: wrong color, wrong size, and wrong items.
- Dirt or stain more than 20sen that cannot remove. (If can remove after wash-not entitle)
- Some any others reasonable condition based on our judgments.
5. Price is fixed since already very cheap and there are no negotiations.
6. Goods sold are not refundable/exchangeable.
7. The item price does not include shipping fee. Customers bear the postage.
8. Goods will be checked and wrapped properly. Seller will not be responsible for damages/lost during shipping process. But we will help customer follow up with delivery company.
9. Order cannot be change after payment made. We will 100% refunds the money for out of stock items.
10. Please take note that there maybe possibility for out of stock situation. We maybe not able contact customer for replacement or change colour as vendor need to send out the stock as soon as possible (to prevent any delay) and stock movement very fast.
11. Buyer's personal details will be kept P&C.
12. We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.

2. 买家可选择空运或海运 :
空运 – 价格会高些, 但快点收到货. 我们会在预购后15天内把货送出.例如. 预购期: 3月1号 -3月10号.我们会在3月25号前把货送出.
海运– 价格会低些, 但慢点收到货. 我们会在预购后37天内把货送出.例如. 预购期: 3月1号 -3月10号.我们会在4月17号前把货送出.
如能等的话才下单哦.
货可能会因海关和厂商的问题而迟到.
3. 图片 – 我们网站上的图片和尺寸只供客户参考. 一切以实品为准. 不接受以颜色不喜欢，颜色偏差，没有想象中漂亮，太差，太薄，太大，太小，穿着 不舒服等理由退货.
4. 以下情况可退换商品:
-发货错误，所收到商品的款号或尺码或颜色与所订货物不同. 颜色误差不算.
-块无法去除的污渍(经过洗涤可以处理的不算),
- 其他我们认为能接收的理由.
5. 所有的价钱已经定了也很便宜了，请买家们不要议价.
6. 货物寄出，怒不退还或更换.
7. 所有物品都不包括邮费，买家自付.
8. 我们会检察和把物品包好然后寄出, 如果东西在途中遗失或损坏，我们将无法负责。但我们会帮忙买家和快递公司跟进.
9. 付款后订单就不能再更改.没货的商品我们会100%退还.
10. 会有缺货的现象.我们可能无发联系买家换色或换其他款式因为厂家需尽快把货送出(避免延迟).
11. 我们会保密买家的资料.
12. 此规定的解释权在我们，如有更改，恕不另行通知.
